When Jan isn't helping businesses exceed expectations, you'll find her on the pickleball court. Her love for the game brings her joy and relaxation, showcasing that a well-balanced life includes both professional acumen and personal interests.
Jan divides her time between Shoreline, WA, and Arizona, accompanied by her beloved pug, Scooby. She also delights in boating in the San Juans and hiking in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Julie is a founding partner with over 35 years of experience honing her expertise in understanding the needs of small business owners. She fosters a friendly and supportive environment for education and inspiration. Her mission: To empower entrepreneurs by distilling complex information into actionable insights.
When not working with clients, you’ll find her exploring the Pacific Northwest with her horse Marco and sweet pup Coco, as well as enjoying the amazing wineries of Washington. Julie loves to travel and relishes connecting with people from diverse cultures, savoring local cuisines, and immersing in new experiences. She believes every journey enriches our understanding of the world and the people in it.
Bookkeeper
Linda brings a wealth of experience and heartfelt dedication to her role as a bookkeeper at Manfredini & Barnfather. Originally from North Vancouver, BC, Linda began her career as a certified legal secretary in Vancouver and Seattle. During this time, she developed expertise in managing fast-paced tasks, skills that continue to drive her success today.
Her meticulous approach continued as she co-founded a successful landscape construction business with her husband and served as an Office Administrator for a mental health practice in Seattle. In these roles, Linda discovered her knack for providing bookkeeping and administrative services for businesses, implementing both standard and customized office systems to ensure efficiency and clarity in financial matters.
Linda is very tech-savvy and loves learning new software tools to enhance her work efficiency. She enjoys helping business owners keep their accounting up-to-date, giving them the financial clarity needed to make informed decisions.
Today, working remotely from Raleigh, NC, Linda enjoys spending quality time with her family, embarking on long walks, and tending to her garden.
Office Manager
With over 20 years of customer service experience with a strong emphasis on hospitality and organization, Arielle loves to problem solve and troubleshoot and make things easier for our clients. She is a horse enthusiast, who regularly challenges herself and her horse to ride 30-50 miles through the mountains. She also has a young daughter who has become the center of her world.
